(ANSA) - Rome, March 25 - Italian luxury eyewear company Luxottica chief Andrea Guerra on Tuesday expressed his satisfaction at a partnership deal reached with Google for the development of the innovative wearable computer project GoogleGlass. "It is an incredible example of the period we are in and which until only a few years ago was unthinkable even for me," Guerra told La Repubblica newspaper of the agreement to create a team of experts devoted to working on the design, development, tooling and engineering of Glass products that straddle the line between high-fashion, lifestyle and innovative technology. "2015 will mark the commercial turning point for the project," added the CEO of Luxottica, which includes Ray-Ban and Oakley among its brand portfolio.
