From his Facebook profile Lapo Elkann says that the Renault Twingo is too similar to the small Fiat 500

Lapo Elkann used his Facebook page to express a clear concept through a question that is also an affirmation: "What do you think about French are copying the Fiat 500? Renault stop copying, be original.” The Angelli's family member and Fiat shareholder (however without charges in “family company”) is not the first to note some similarity. Even on alVolante.it website there were many to report, at first sight, that the "egg design" of Renault Twingo is quite similar at Fiat 500 design, even if the two cars are very different.
