Pope Francis urges focus on weak and poor

(AGI) Vatican City, March 16 - Pope Francis prayed the Angelus with the faithful gathered in St Peter's Square on Sunday, the second Sunday of Lent. Speaking ahead of the traditional prayer of Marian devotion, the Holy Father said: "The encounter with God in prayer again pushes us to come down from the mountain into the plain, where we meet many brothers and sisters weighed down by fatigue, injustice, and both material and spiritual poverty."
