Cassino, March 15 - Italian President Giorgio Napolitano arrived in
Cassino on Saturday morning for a ceremony commemorating the 70th
anniversary of the day the city and its abbey were destroyed by
Allied bombing. A total of 80 people, including workers from
companies Videocon and Ilva and the movement for the right to
shelter, staged a protest against the president's motorcade. The
extreme left-wing party CARC was also involved in the protest. . .
